Sponsor passes
A sponsor pass is your season-long goal track. At the start of every season your club is offered 3 sponsors; you sign with one, and their list of challenges becomes a set of targets to chase alongside the league — paying credits, and a currency called fame that ranks you against every other club on the same sponsor.
Find it under Club → Sponsors.
Choosing a sponsor
Section titled “Choosing a sponsor”You can read all 3 offers in full — every challenge, every reward — before committing. Signing is locked for the season: there’s no switching, and the other offers close.
Each sponsor carries a demand level describing how hard its challenges are. Demand isn’t a gate — you may sign any sponsor you’re offered — but the rewards scale with it, so a gentler sponsor genuinely pays less.
| Demand | What it means |
|---|---|
| Developmental | Gentle targets, modest rewards. A safe season. |
| Established | Needs a competitive roster. Pays accordingly. |
| Elite | Built for contenders. The biggest payouts in the game. |
The season’s offer is drawn to include one sponsor from each demand level, so the choice in front of you is always a real one: play it safe for a modest payout, or reach for a pass you might not finish.
Challenges
Section titled “Challenges”Every sponsor sets exactly 8 challenges, so “complete the set” means the same amount of work whichever pass you take. A challenge asks for a number of results of a particular kind:
- Podiums — top-three finishes.
- Wins.
- Personal bests set in official competition.
- Youth results — podiums by athletes at or under a given age.
Most are narrowed further: to a discipline group, to certain meet tiers (some challenges only count championship or headline meets), to an age cap, or to distinct contributors — “podiums from four different athletes”, or “podiums in three different discipline groups”. Those breadth challenges are what stop one star athlete carrying a whole pass on their own.
Discipline groups
Section titled “Discipline groups”Sponsor challenges use six groups, finer than the four discipline families:
| Group | Events |
|---|---|
| Sprints | 100m, 200m, 400m |
| Middle Distance | 800m, 1500m |
| Distance | 5000m, 10000m, Marathon |
| Hurdles & Steeple | 100m/110m Hurdles, 400m Hurdles, 3000m Steeplechase |
| Jumps | High Jump, Pole Vault, Long Jump, Triple Jump |
| Throws | Shot Put, Javelin, Discus, Hammer Throw |
Rewards
Section titled “Rewards”First completion of a challenge pays credits and full fame.
Repeats pay fame only — 25% of the challenge’s fame, and no credits at all. A challenge you’ve finished keeps counting, so a strong season on a pass you’ve already cleared still climbs the leaderboard; it just can’t print money. Overflow carries: finish a challenge with results to spare and the surplus starts the next cycle. (Breadth challenges are the exception — their set of distinct contributors starts fresh each time.)
Clear all 8 challenges and the sponsor pays a completion bonus — the single biggest payout on any pass.
Fame and the leaderboard
Section titled “Fame and the leaderboard”Fame is a ranking currency and nothing else. You can’t spend it; it doesn’t carry into the next season. What it does is rank every club signed to the same sponsor, and at season end the top of that table is paid out in credits — bigger prizes on the more demanding sponsors. Clubs that never scored any fame aren’t ranked.
Because fame resets with the season and the offer is redrawn, each season is a clean race.
Quick meets count — sometimes
Section titled “Quick meets count — sometimes”Some challenges accept quick meet results as well as official ones, generally the volume and breadth challenges. Championship-tier challenges never do, and personal bests never do — quick meets set no records at all. The table below shows how many of each sponsor’s challenges a quick meet can advance.
The sponsor pool
Section titled “The sponsor pool”Sponsors are drawn from this pool each season. “Credits” is everything a pass pays if you complete every challenge once, including the set bonus; “Top prize” is the leaderboard reward for finishing first in fame.
| Sponsor | Theme | Demand | Credits | Top prize | Quick meets |

Playing the pass
Section titled “Playing the pass”A sponsor pass shouldn’t change what your club is trying to do — it should reward what you were already good at. The read is: look at the roster you actually have, not the one you wish you had, and pick the pass it fits. A club of young throwers signing an elite sprint pass will spend a season watching a progress bar not move.
Next: how it all fits into the bigger picture — Seasons & the calendar.
